Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times within the UAE

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 business days
Large items such as 3D printers and enclosures may need an extra day for handling.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery across the UAE: AED 30
Free delivery on orders over AED 300
Cash on delivery: additional AED 10 handling fee

Tracking your order

A tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp once your order leaves our facility. You can request an update any time by email or Instagram DM.

Delivery address

Please give a complete address with building name, apartment or office number, and an active UAE mobile number. If delivery fails because the address is incomplete or nobody is reachable, the courier attempts delivery twice more. After a third failed attempt the order returns to us and re-delivery is charged again.

Receiving your order

Inspect the outer packaging before signing. If the box arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us the same day with photographs.

GCC and international orders

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain on request. Delivery takes 5–10 business days and is quoted per order. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Batteries, aerosols and certain electronics are subject to courier restrictions and may not be eligible for air shipping outside the UAE.

تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل من تأكيد الدفع. الطلبات المقدمة يوم الجمعة أو السبت أو في العطلات الرسمية تُجهَّز في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل داخل الإمارات

دبي، الشارقة، عجمان: يوم إلى يومي عمل
أبوظبي، العين، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة، أم القيوين: من يومين إلى أربعة أيام عمل
المنتجات كبيرة الحجم مثل الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد قد تحتاج يوماً إضافياً للتجهيز.

التوصيل داخل الإمارات: 30 درهماً
توصيل مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 300 درهم
الدفع عند الاستلام: رسوم إضافية 10 دراهم

تتبع الطلب

يصلك رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني والواتساب فور خروج الطلب من المتجر. يمكنك طلب تحديث في أي وقت عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إنستغرام.

عنوان التوصيل

يرجى إدخال عنوان كامل يتضمن اسم المبنى ورقم الشقة أو المكتب ورقم هاتف إماراتي فعّال. في حال تعذّر التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير مكتمل أو عدم إمكانية التواصل، تُجرى محاولتان إضافيتان. بعد المحاولة الثالثة يعود الطلب إلينا وتُحتسب رسوم توصيل جديدة.

عند الاستلام

يرجى فحص التغليف الخارجي قبل التوقيع. إذا وصل الطرد بأضرار ظاهرة، سجّل ذلك مع المندوب وتواصل معنا في اليوم نفسه مع إرفاق الصور.

الطلبات الخليجية والدولية

نشحن إلى السعودية وعُمان وقطر والكويت والبحرين عند الطلب. يستغرق التوصيل من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل وتُحدَّد الرسوم لكل طلب على حدة. الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد على مسؤولية العميل.

تخضع البطاريات والبخاخات وبعض الأجهزة الإلكترونية لقيود شركات الشحن وقد لا تكون مؤهلة للشحن الجوي خارج الإمارات.

II · Returns & Exchanges

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period cannot be accepted unless the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Condition of returned items

Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals and free gifts
Accompanied by the original invoice or order number
Seals and protective film intact

Items that cannot be returned

Opened 3D printing filament, resin and other consumables
Coffee, food-contact items and personal-care goods once opened
Safety equipment that has been worn or used
Custom or made-to-order 3D prints
Items marked final sale or clearance
Products damaged by misuse, incorrect voltage, water, or unauthorised repair

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Report any damaged, incorrect or faulty item within 48 hours of delivery. Send photographs — and an unboxing video where possible — to argozgallery@gmail.com or by Instagram DM. Approved cases are replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you, including collection.

Warranty

3D printers, electronics and dashcams carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Claims raised after the return window are handled with the brand's service centre, and we assist you throughout. Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as nozzles, build plates, belts and print beds.

Return shipping costs

Our error (wrong, damaged or faulty item): we cover collection in full.
Change of mind: a collection fee of AED 25 is deducted from the refund, and the original delivery charge is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Card refunds may take a further 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account holder named on the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. If the replacement costs more, the difference is payable before dispatch.

Email argozgallery@gmail.com or send an Instagram DM to @argoz.ae with your order number, the item name and photographs. We reply within one business day with collection instructions.

منتج تالف أو معيب عند الاستلام

يرجى إبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام في حال وصول منتج تالف أو خاطئ أو معيب، مع إرسال الصور — وفيديو فتح الطرد إن أمكن — إلى argozgallery@gmail.com أو عبر إنستغرام. الحالات المعتمدة تُستبدل أو تُسترد قيمتها بالكامل دون أي تكلفة عليك، بما في ذلك الاستلام.

الضمان

تشمل الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد والأجهزة الإلكترونية وكاميرات السيارة ضمان الشركة المصنّعة الموضّح في صفحة المنتج. تُعالَج المطالبات بعد مدة الإرجاع عبر مركز خدمة العلامة التجارية، ونقدّم لك المساعدة خلال الإجراءات. لا يشمل الضمان القطع المستهلكة مثل الفوهات وأسطح الطباعة والأحزمة.

رسوم إرجاع الشحنة

في حال الخطأ من جهتنا (منتج خاطئ أو تالف أو معيب): نتحمّل تكلفة الاستلام كاملة.
في حال تغيير الرأي: تُخصم رسوم استلام قدرها 25 درهماً من المبلغ المسترد، ولا تُسترد رسوم التوصيل الأصلية.

استرداد المبالغ

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يُصرف المبلغ خلال 7-14 يوم عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. قد تستغرق المبالغ المستردة على البطاقات من 5 إلى 10 أيام إضافية حسب البنك. أما طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام فتُسترد عبر تحويل بنكي باسم صاحب الطلب.

الاستبدال

يُعامَل الاستبدال كعملية إرجاع يليها طلب جديد. إذا كان سعر المنتج البديل أعلى، يُدفع الفارق قبل الشحن.

راسلنا على argozgallery@gmail.com أو عبر إنستغرام @argoz.ae مع رقم الطلب واسم المنتج والصور. نرد خلال يوم عمل واحد مع تعليمات الاستلام.

III · Order Cancellation

Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Send your order number to argozgallery@gmail.com or by Instagram DM as soon as possible. The full amount, including delivery, is refunded to the original payment method.

Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has left our facility it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or request a return under our returns policy. In both cases the delivery charge and a collection fee of AED 25 are deducted from the refund.

Refusing a cash-on-delivery order

Refusing a COD order at the door without a valid reason means the courier charges apply. Repeated refusals may result in cash on delivery being disabled for future orders.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom 3D prints and personalised items can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation by ARGOZ

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if:

The item is out of stock or discontinued
A pricing or product description error has occurred
The delivery address is outside our service area
The order is suspected to be fraudulent or cannot be verified

We contact you before cancelling and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Bank transfer details are requested where the original payment method cannot be refunded.

الإلغاء قبل الشحن

يمكنك إلغاء أي طلب دون رسوم قبل شحنه. أرسل رقم الطلب إلى argozgallery@gmail.com أو عبر إنستغرام في أقرب وقت. يُسترد المبلغ كاملاً بما في ذلك رسوم التوصيل بنفس وسيلة الدفع.

الإلغاء بعد الشحن

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد خروجه من المتجر. يمكنك رفض الاستلام أو طلب الإرجاع وفق سياسة الإرجاع. في الحالتين تُخصم رسوم التوصيل ورسوم استلام قدرها 25 درهماً من المبلغ المسترد.

رفض طلب الدفع عند الاستلام

رفض استلام طلب الدفع عند الاستلام دون سبب وجيه يستوجب تحمّل رسوم شركة الشحن. وقد يؤدي التكرار إلى إيقاف خيار الدفع عند الاستلام في الطلبات المستقبلية.

المنتجات المخصصة

يمكن إلغاء الطلبات المخصصة والقطع المطبوعة حسب الطلب خلال 12 ساعة من تقديم الطلب. بعد بدء الإنتاج لا يمكن الإلغاء.

الإلغاء من قِبل المتجر

قد نلغي الطلب مع استرداد كامل المبلغ في الحالات التالية:

نفاد المنتج أو التوقف عن توفيره
وجود خطأ في السعر أو في وصف المنتج
وقوع عنوان التوصيل خارج نطاق خدمتنا
الاشتباه في أن الطلب احتيالي أو تعذّر التحقق منه

نتواصل معك قبل الإلغاء ونعرض منتجاً بديلاً أو استرداداً كاملاً.

مدة الاسترداد

تُعالَج مبالغ الإلغاء خلال 7-14 يوم عمل. وقد نطلب بيانات التحويل البنكي إذا تعذّر الاسترداد بوسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
